DEFINITIONS

You/Your/Account Holder/Buyer - meaning the customer who is purchasing

We/Us/Our - meaning Unconventional X Stitch 

Design/Designs - meaning but not limited to Zipfolders, PDF files, Excel sheets provided in the download to you the customer. 

As the designer of all patterns available under the Unconventional X Stitch brand, Unconventional X Stitch holds the copyright to these patterns. 

By proceeding with this purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of sale:

• Purchase is final, no refunds, store credit, or exchanges are available.
• Purchase is for download access to you the account holder to whom is purchasing the design(s) ONLY. You may not provide your username and/or password to others for use.
• If you do not access your files and the digital product becomes no longer available for sale, this does not entitle you to a refund.
• Purchase of pattern(s) is strictly for individual, personal use only granting a license to you the buyer for the purpose of stitching the design. No ownership of the underlying data or file structure is granted. You explicitly agree you will not modify, alter, reverse-engineer, trace or convert our patterns into any other file formats.
• You may not send, upload or submit our patterns to any third-party 'conversion' service or individual who offers to convert PDF patterns into app-compatible formats. 
• Patterns are not for resale, replication, sharing or adulteration. Whether for monetary exchange or not. You are permitted to make a working copy of the design for personal use only.
• Distribution, sharing, modifying, trading or sale of designs is prohibited and a breach of copyright licensing and law.
• You may not create derivatives or altar from our designs. 
• The pattern is not to be used for commercial finished product production. If the customer wishes to sell a singular finished piece, this is OK. Please contact us to discuss commercially selling finished products.
• You agree to ensure that upon download, pattern(s) are checked promptly and report any errors or issues within 48hrs of purchase. Failure to do so may void any recourse for replacement and/or credit due to various instances such as but not limited to retirement of the design. 
• It is your responsibility to ensure you provide an accurate email address when placing the order, as well as ensure that Unconventional X Stitch emails can get through to your mailbox. Failure to do so, may result in being unable to get emails through to you, and also mean we are unable to verify your identity for any communications received in regards to your purchase.
• We only accept communications from the owner of the purchase, we will require your invoice number, the name used to purchase, and the email used to purchase the design in order to discuss your transactions. We will not use any email other than the one entered at time of purchase.
• Cases of purchasing the same pattern twice will not be eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. Please choose your patterns carefully. 
• Purchase entitles the customer to a limited number of downloads. At time of publishing the terms and conditions this is a total of 2 times. Any additional access is at the sole discretion of Unconventional X Stitch.
• In the rare event that a pattern is found to be faulty, a replacement pattern shall be provided in the same form it was originally delivered (PDF will be replaced with PDF, physical replaced with physical). Where a pattern is no longer in print, or cannot be replaced, and the pattern is deemed unusable, a store credit in AUD for the value of original purchase price may at our discretion be offered as way of compensation. 
• We are not responsible for file storage or file loss. It is the responsibility of the customer to download and safely store or backup their files. We do not replace lost files.
• Download your files immediately after purchase. In events such as, but not limited to, retirement/discontinued/file shifts, these designs will be permanently removed from the server and you will no longer be able to download these files.
• Pattern files are subject to change/deletion without notice.
• Under no circumstances will patterns be emailed. 
• Customers outside of Australia are responsible for any tax/duties/customs required to be paid on their order. 

 

*Digital Download Returns Policy

Digital downloads are unique, in that once you purchase, you cannot return a downloadable product. It is with you forever. For this reason, we cannot offer a refund/exchange/store credit on a digital download. All purchases are final.
