How long will it take for my order to reach me? When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. It can take up to two weeks in Australia on basic shipping, and five weeks during busy seasons for overseas orders to reach you. Where upgrades have been selected, expect the turn around to be much faster. If you have an urgent order, please contact us to discuss your needs and see what special arrangements can be made.
When will my order ship? Most orders have a turn around of 1-3 business days, we regularly ship on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (there are no weekend shipping options available to us).
How much is shipping? You can add all your goodies to your cart, and ask it to estimate your shipping based on your location.
Does my order have tracking? All Australian orders are registered post and have tracking. International, in order to keep rates low, do not on the standard offering. You may upgrade to a tracked choice for international. This provides insurance in the event your order is lost. All international orders have a CN customs number as proof of shipping. If you wish to upgrade to protect your package for loss and damage please do so during check-out.
Will I have import taxes? This is dependent on your countries laws. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. UXS is not responsible for any import taxes duties or otherwise applicable to your shipments. Please do not ask us to falsify documentation, as it may offend when we refuse.
Digital Product T&C
We hope you enjoy your digital products, here are a few more things to keep in mind before you buy.
- Purchase is final, no refunds are available for digital products
- Many of the digital downloads have set time until downloads expire, and/or number of downloads limits to help combat piracy, please use your downloads wisely, and ensure you save a copy of your files. Additional copies will not be given after the download limit or time has elapsed. In the event you have had problems downloading, please contact us ASAP.
- Patterns are uploaded to servers as compressed files, which hold the PDF files. Compressed file extensions include .rar and .zip which are commonly used to increase download and upload times and save on space.
- Digital patterns are not for re-sale or replication. You are permitted to make a working copy of the pattern for personal use only. Distribution, sharing or sale of your downloaded patterns is illegal use of your purchase.
Physical Product T&C
- Your shipping choices will determine the level of cover you are entitled to. Please view the shipping & returns page to ensure you are aware of the various options and coverage on offer to you.
- Standard shipping internationally has no tracking and no insurance, only proof of lodgement. Please use this method at your own risk.
- UXS will not be held liable for any losses suffered due to postal service negligence. In the even tracking/insurance is included in your chosen shipping option, the proper procedure will be followed to recover losses.
- If you require your purchase urgently, please contact us prior to placing an order so we can discuss your needs and ensure they can be met.
- International shipping can take in excess of 5 weeks due to import customs
- There may be import taxes applicable to your purchase. Please ensure you are familiar with your countries laws on importation of goods, as the importation taxes applied to your purchase will be your responsibility.
Period to return: Up to 14 days after delivery.
When to expect your refund: Within one week of either UXS receiving the returned package or in the case of incorrect/defective product where no return is required, within one week of receiving photographic evidence.
Entitlements for change of mind & 100% satisfaction guarantee on physical product: You will be entitled to a store credit of the value of the product only, that is returned. No store credit will be given for postage to you, and no compensation or contribution will be made for the cost of shipping back to us. You must be able to provide proof of shipping to qualify. Store credit will be given to you once the product is received. In the event that the product you return is damaged and not in as new condition or original packaging that was sent to you, then a store credit will no longer be applicable.
Entitlements for incorrect item sent or defective product: You will be entitled to a refund for the cost of shipping to you and the product value OR a replacement will be sent at no cost to yourself. Photographic evidence will be requested in order to process your claim.
Entitlements for items damaged by shipping provider: Please check out shipping information below for where items are damaged/lost by the carrier.
How to lodge your return: If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return BEFORE shipping it back. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*Digital Download Returns Policy
100% satisfaction guarantee coverage for patterns? Digital downloads are special, in that once the purchase is made, you cannot return a downloadable product. It is with you forever. For this reason, we cannot offer a refund on a digital download unless there is a fault in the pattern. In an event where there is a fault found in a pattern, a full refund for the cost of that pattern will be issued, as well as a replacement pattern.
